Watson, which will use the space as its regional headquarters, joins existing tenants Morgan Stanley, TMP Worldwide, Convergys Customer Management Group and Fremont Indemnity. At present, 81,000 sf of space is still available for lease. In the deal David Simon, principal of Newmark JGT, represented the owner's affiliate, SSR Realty Advisors, and Sheldon Gross Realty represented Watson.
The new facility offers tenants such amenities as a computerized energy management system, decorative lighting, a wood veneer, granite flooring, coffered ceilings and landscaped grounds with a pond, bridge and walking paths. The complex is located at the intersection of I-287 and Route 202 in Morris County.
