The tenant has already occupied the space, which encompasses 42,000-sf. Located at the southwest corner of Rochester Avenue and Foothill Boulevard in Masi Plaza, the facility houses an operation that relocates from Haven Ave.
24-Hour chose the new location because it has room for the larger floor-plan concept needed by the retailer, according to a company spokesperson. The center is larger than many of the company's other clubs and includes pool, basketball and volleyball faclities as well as steam rooms, spas and dry saunas.
Marc Piron of Grubb & Ellis' Ontario office represented 24-Hour Fitness. The bulding owner, Rancho Cucamonga-based Masi Commerce Center Partners, was represented in-house.
