The Mansoor Alyeshmerni Revocable Trust is the new owner of the 7,200-sf center, located at 1397 E. Florence Blvd. about three miles west of Interstate 10 in Casa Grande. The community is about 30 miles south of downtown Phoenix.
An increasing amount of commercial and residential housing has been moving further south in the East Valley as available land has gotten scarcer. Casa Grande is now poised to become a suburb of the Valley, with a number of major residential projects under way on the city's western side.
Sanford Burstyn of the Phoenix office of Marcus & Millichap has represented both parties in the deal. The Tempe, AZ-based seller has owned the property since 1998.
