They hope to do that by competitive pricing on their industrial leases, buying buildings in quality parks and by making their properties more physically attractive than the competition's assets. Their first building is at the Southridge business park in Clayton County near Hartsfield International Airport.

Solution Property Group plans to close on its first building in August. Hardie was senior vice president of Duke-Weeks' Atlanta industrial group. Hill is a leasing specialist who closed on $90 million worth of deals locally in 2000.
