Dawson to Help Lead Best Buy Expansion

MINNEAPOLIS-Hank Dawson is promoted to vice president of property development for the electronics retail giant, which plans to add 60 outlets a year over the next four years, increasing its total from 425.

Dawson was with JC Penney Co. as special projects manager before joining Best Buy in 2000. A licensed architect, Dawson also worked for Texas-based HKS Architects, Youngblood Architects and McKee General Contractors.

Hank will spearhead the demands of keeping all Best Buy location's consistent with the constantly changing digital environment," says Tami Kozikowski, senior vice president of property development and real estate.
