Cox Communications has signed for 2,064 sf at The Oaks at Turtle Creek, located at 2929 Carlisle, as have Providence Healthcare Group for 1,755 sf and Rasco Hada Management, 1,183 sf. Denise Hunter, Harwood's vice president of leasing, has negotiated all seven pacts. Eliza Solender of Solender-Hall has negotiated the deal on behalf of Cox and Jason Lichty of Julien J. Studley's Dallas office has represented Rasco Hada.
At The Rolex Building, 2651 N. Harwood, Petroleum Ltd. has renewed its pact for 1,785 sf. Citymark, a Harwood-managed building, at 3100 McKinnon has filled 3,193 sf with Cedar Enterprise Solutions Inc.
Solender also has represented the Dallas Women's Foundation in its signing for 2,576 sf at Highland Park West, situated at 4300 MacArthur. Harwood's 5401 N. Central Expressway office building has added the firm of Boyd, Heiderich, Bargas, Gilson to its tenant roster. Broker Ed Jones of the Newt Walker Co. in Dallas has represented the firm in its 1,929-sf lease.
