Forsgate Industrial Partners has hired the Teterboro office of Binswanger/Klatskin to redevelop and lease the facility, which sits near I-80, the New Jersey Turnpike and Garden State Parkway. Andrew Moss, vice president of B/K's property management division, will manage the construction and leasing efforts.
The building is scheduled for occupancy in the first quarter of 2002. The project will be carried out to handle either single or multi-tenancy. The building and its billboard are exposed to an estimated 140,000 vehicles a day.
