W. Loch Cook of Houston-based Boyd Page has represented both retailers in the leases. Prestige, a rent-to-own chain, has its new location at the Crossroads Shopping Center, situated at 334 E. Gibson along the Texas/Louisiana border town of Jasper. Lan Phelan of Phelan Investments has represented the center owner, Crossroads Partnership.
California-based, Leslie's Pool Supply will open a shop in Westfield Shopping Center, a new retail center anchored by a Kroger Signature Store at the corner of Dowlan Road and Folsom Drive in Beaumont, TX, north of Houston. Phelan also has represented the center owner, Beaumont Westfield Venture LP.
