The private equity investment firm manages more than $4 billion in equity and mezzanine capital.

"GTCR Golder Rauner wanted to maintain the corporate image and outstanding views that were provided by their Sears Tower location," says Richard Schuham, executive vice president of Julien J. Studley, Inc. "However, options for expanding were limited due the property's 2% vacancy. The firm had also invested a significant amount of capital into the space."

Schuham and executive vice president and branch manager John Goodman represented GTCR Golder Rauner, LLC while Dan Nikitas represented TrizecHahn Office Properties, Inc., owner of the tallest building in North America.
