Keeton is building the project on behalf of Whittier-based Capital Associates LLC, an investment and development company owned by Mike Mueller, Ken Derr and John Gibson.
The project includes four buildings, including a 29,204-sf office, 12,672 sf for multi-tenant flex space and two other multi-tenant buildings totaling 47,000 sf. Site improvements are also included in the project, which is scheduled for completion In December.
Paul Ramsey is the project manager for Keeton, with Mike Grieser serving as project superintendent. La Costa-based AcArdle Associates Architects designed the project.
