The 10-year-old, 45-worker FASRE will offer MortgageRamp clients its patented EnableUs software designed to eliminate much of the paperwork involved in property inspections.
The deal allows FASRE to expand its customer base and gives MortgageRamp clients a new tool in expediting the closing of commercial real estate transactions.
"This acquisition is a complete win-win situation for both FASRE and MortgageRamp," FASRE president Sam Larsen says in a prepared statement. "It extends FASRE's services to MortgageRamp's impressive list of investors, partners and clients, while at the same time utilizing FASRE's well-developed relationships within the mortgage banking community."
MortgageRamp president Michael Greco is confident FASRE's services "will be seamlessly integrated into our existing suite of products."
