All Pro Industrial Finishes Inc. plans to occupy about 48,000 sf of the building at 1531 W. 17th St. The firm will use its portion of the building to apply custom coatings and finishes to a variety of industrial products. The remaining office and warehouse space will be leased.

The building is located on the west side of Tempe, less than a quarter mile from Interstate 60. As a landlocked city, Tempe has very little available land left for development and almost none for industrial buildings.

The Phoenix office of Ross Brown Partners Inc., with broker John Graves, has represented the buyer. Lance Ross of the same firm has acted on Moric's behalf.
