Hazard Spotted at 15-Acre Retail Site

ENCINITAS, CA-Hazard Construction Co. is underway at the future site of The Plaza at Encinitas Ranch, a 117,000-sf shopping center slated to open in this seaside community in January.

The San Diego-based construction firm is handling the last phase of the shopping center situated on a 15-acre site at the northwest corner of El Camino Real and Leucadia Boulevard.

Encinitas Town Center Associates II is developing the $4 million project. Perkowitz & Ruth Architects designed the plaza. Construction completion for this 117,000-sf shopping center is slated for January 2002.
