GREEN OAKS, IL-The packaging, subassembly and distribution company relocates from nearby Mundelein in north suburban Lake County to a 190,000-sf distribution facility at 13820 Business Center Dr.

Sigma Services is taking space in a 190,000-sf distribution facility at 13820 Business Center Dr. The 25-acre business center with 450,000 sf is managed by HSA Commercial.

Rich DeLisle of Trammell Crow represented Sigma Services while Duke Botthof of NAI Hiffman represented HSA Commercial.
