The lease is with BBA Reemay, one of the largest industrial employers in a market where DuPont and Peterbilt Motor Co. also are major employers. The company has been at 530 Myatt Dr. about 20 years and has 12 more years left on a lease that calls for rental bumps beginning in 2007.
