The facility is located at 930 E. 23rd St. The building has a flexible design, which allows Herbalife to use it for both office and warehouse needs, according to a company spokesperson.

Steve Marcussen of Cushman Realty represented Herbalife. The landlord, Watson Land Co., was represented in-house.
