The company already has a 295,000-sf warehouse at 1900 N. 5th Ave. but needed space to expand.

"We're moving a business we have in 30,000 sf in (nearby) Bellwood in that building," controller Errol Kroner tells GlobeSt.com. "It's a matter of convenience for us. It's a great place. You can get to the airport in five, 10 minutes."

Keith Puritz and Brett Kroner of Cushman & Wakefield's Rosemont office were sole brokers in the lease deal between Bazaar Inc. and building owner Suburban Financial Management.
