Owned by Israeli-based Delta Galil Industries, the former Delta Group recently absorbed the Inner Secrets and Wundies companies to form Delta Galil USA. The private label apparel manufacturer sells its wares to such US retailers as Target, Wal-Mart, Kmart, JC Penney and Sears. Parent Delta Galil Industries sells to such chains as Victoria's Secret and the Gap.
Dennis Gralla, vice president of Alexander Summer, LLC/CRESA-NJ, Paramus, NJ, closed the deal on behalf of the tenant. Hartz's Ernie Cristoph represented the owner.
"Since the Delta Group acquired Inner Secrets and Wundies, we needed a new headquarters space to house this larger company," according to Delta Galil USA COO John King. "We also needed it to prepare for our long-term growth plans."
