Expected to open inthe fall of 2002, the multi-use project near the warehouse districtin downtown Minneapolis will feature 210,000 sf of retail,restaurant andentertainment space, a 250-room Renaissance hotel byMarriott, and a 82,000-sf, 17-screeen, 4,500-seat Crown Theaterscomplex.
