The tenant, Idaho-based Boise Cascade Corp., was represented by Paul Earnhart of Lee & Associates. The owner, a partnership of Industry-based Majestic Realty and AMB Property Corp. of San Francisco, was represented by Louis Tomaselli and Rob Socci of Voit Commercial Brokerage.
In addition to its line of paper products, Boise Cascade is also one of the nation's largest suppliers of building materials. Its new neighbors inside the Pico Rivera business park include Heads and Threads, a New Jersey-based manufacturer of metal fasteners; Lagasse Bros. Inc., a janitorial-supply company that relocated to the complex from its longtime home in Santa Fe Springs last winter; and furniture-maker Studio RTA.
