The project was done by Troy, MI-based Hayman Co., a privately owned real estatecompanies providing management, leasing, brokerage, advisory and real estateaccounting services to the institutional and private investors. In addition, The Hayman Company owns and manages apartments, offices and hotels throughout the United States. The Hayman Company was founded in 1965.
In-room features include two line phones with data port connection, two 25-inch televisions per room, microwaves and all rooms have been completely redesigned and renovated.
