Realcomm is an annual commercial real estate technology and business solutions conference, set this year for June 13-15 in Dallas. Essention was chosen from a field of more than 230 nominees that were submitted for this year's awards, which honor technological accomplishments and innovations within the commercial real estate industry.
Essention develops and markets InfoCentre, a technology that addresses property and facility management inefficiencies and unifies service information. It provides a Web-based preventative maintenance, workflow management and archiving solution that creates a digital connection between property managers, tenants, vendors and building engineers. InfoCentre is currently being used to manage more than 30 million sf of commercial property across North America.
