BridgeSpan Inc. CEO Mark Evans tells GlobeSt.com the response to its San Mateo and Saratoga offices make it abundantly clear that BridgeSpan is providing the industry with what he believes it has been lacking--innovative title and closing services that utilize a Web-based technology platform.

"We believe that our commercial title and closing services, which combine Web-based closing platform and our in-market specialists, will enhance the broker's role and allow them to become more productive and profitable," says Evans. "By adding value to the transaction and actually handling all aspects of the closing, we're confident we'll be able to continuing growing our commercial business no matter what the market conditions are."

BridgeSpan's new San Mateo branch is led by Shari Neel, who most recently worked for Old Republic Title, where she served as branch manager and lead escrow officer. Like the other locations, the San Mateo branch offers a customer service department to assist real estate and mortgage professionals with their marketing and business development needs, as well as with property information. Evans says the company has brought on about a half dozen people in San Mateo office.
