The popular home furnishings retailer has signed for a single-tenant building that is owned by Rice Properties Inc. The new location marks the seventh for the Houston area. Other locations are Humble at Deerbrook Market Place; FM 1960 at The Commons at Willowbrook; west Houston at West Oaks Shopping Center; Stafford at The Fountains on the Lake; I10 and Beltway 8 at Town & Country Shopping Center; and Meyerland at the Meyerland Plaza.
Michael Chitwood, Steve Lieberman and David Stukalin, all of the commercial retail division of Dallas-based Weitzman Group, have represented Bed, Bath & Beyond in the site selection and lease negotiations.
