They join vice President paniel C. Ludwig, who has been with the company's commercial real estate banking group for the past seven years.

John F. Meyer has also been named as senior vice president for credit administration. Meyer will be the representative for the commercial real estate banking group and Red Capital Group, a national debt and equity capital provider which specializes in multifamily, affordable housing, seniors housing, assisted living and skilled nursing facilities. The commercial banking group provides real estate financing specializing incommercial and residential properties, including retail shopping centers, office buildings,multi-and single-family dwellings, churches, hotels, motels, golf courses, self-storage, light industrial projects and distribution loans.

Rodger Davis, Provident's executive vice president, says the initiative was made in response to the increasing demand for these services within the Columbus marketplace.The company recently acquired Red Capital Group and Capstone Realty Advisors.
