Thresholds, a company in the mental health industry, is located on the North Side at 4101 N. Ravenswood Ave. However, Brown found the company 8,250 sf at the 152,000-sf office building at 1712 S. Prairie on the rapidly rebuilding Near South Side to meet office space needs. Transportation was a key factor, she adds.
"We were pleased to be able to site this administration facility in a well-located space in this highly desirable area," Brown says.
