The warehouse and distribution facility, which was designed by Coatsworth Architects, stands at 2155 S. Excise Ave. The Irvine-based maker of motorcycles, utility vehicles and watercraft will utilize the space for its distribution operations. The deal is valued at more than $4.8 million.

Kawasaki was represented by Gregg Haly of CB Richard Ellis. CB Richard Ellis' Inland Valley Partners brokerage team represented the owner, Panattoni Development Co.

A toy supplier has also signed a lease at the South Haven Business Park. Distribution Alternatives Inc., which supplies educational toys, baby products, bicycles, party goods and candles, has inked a $4.3-million deal for 230,000 sf in the building. The space will house the company's warehousing and distribution operations.
