C&W Names Peden Associate Director

HOUSTON-Jeff Peden is stepping in as new associate director of Cushman & Wakefield of Texas' industrial division in Houston. He will be working with Todd Mason and David Cook. Peden has been with C&W for three years.

Peden is part of a team led by Todd Mason, president of the Houston Association of Realtors, and David Cook. Their clients include the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas- Houston Branch, American General, Service Corp. International, Houston Community College System, Weatherford International, The Finger Cos. and Union Pac. Some organizations Peden is involved with include the Houston Association of Realtors, Downtown Historic District and Greater Houston Partnership.
