Hines officials couldn't be reached at GlobeSt.com's publication deadline. But area brokers tell GlobeSt.com the Hines project will copy the MONY Real Estate restaurant venture adjacent to the Ashwood office development near Perimeter Mall.
Project details, such as a ground-breaking date, funding, estimated cost of the undertaking and possible tenants are still being hashed out. Area brokers tell GlobeSt.com, however, the Hines project will probably come in at an estimated $100 million development cost.
