Northern Mexico continues to be a cost-effective location for US companies' manufacturing and light assembly operations, ProLogis officials say.
In order to meet the urgent space needs of BISSELL, ProLogis has made temporary space available. Once the 137,660-sf building is complete, BISSELL will occupy the entire facility, and ProLogis will own 14 buildings in the Reynosa area totaling 1.5 million sf, says ProLogis vice president Robert T. Huthnance, Jr.
BISSELL Homecare is a 125-year-old privately held, international manufacturer ofhome cleaning products including sweepers, vacuums, deep cleaning machines and cleaning formulas sold at retail locations throughout the US.
