Standard is owned by Portland-based StanCorp Financial Group, an insurance holding company. Chuck Goldstein of Strategis Cresa has represented Standard Insurance in its lease negotiations.
Seagate Technology LLC will be moving into a 3,777-sf office suite. Seagate is a Costa Mesa, CA-based producer of data storage and access products. Josh LaRocca of Insite Realty has represented Seagate in the deal.
