Ryan recently negotiated the $88.4 million sale of Prosperity Business Campus in Merrifield, VA, for owner Olympia Properties. The 12-building campus, featuring over 675,000 sf, was sold to PS Business Parks. The transaction was negotiated on behalf of the Washington State Investment Board, Olympia Properties' parent company.
