MainSpring Capital is the developer of the distribution center, which is slated for completion in September. The area's newest such facility is going up at the northwest corner of 16th Street and Buckeye Road, which is about a mile west of Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. The location is also about a mile north of Interstate 17 and a mile west of Interstate 10.

The Sky Harbor Transit Center has cross-dock facilities, which supports heavy transit companies. It is one of the few locations in the Valley to offer cross-dock capabilities.

Brokers Jim Stockwell, Mike Goldwater and Lance Ross, all of the Phoenix office of Ross Brown Partners, have represented the developer. Brokers Steve Mardia and Eddy Moore, both of Grubb & Ellis' Phoenix office, have acted on behalf of the freight distribution tenant.
