Jay Jones, who holds a number of properties in the Garlandmarket, had optioned the property after it had been on the marketfor three months, Eric Deuillet of Henry S. Miller Commercial tellsGlobeSt.com. Deuillet had represented Jones and seller PatrickMurphy, also a Dallas businessman. Jones' plans for the structureare undecided at this point, says Deuillet.

Murphy had owned the site for about three years, using theformer retail site primarily for his moving and storage business,says Deuillet. Through the years, the structure has been used foreverything from a flea market site to a clothing store. TheKingsley Road holding is located at the intersection with JupiterRoad in a high-traffic area and about a block from Interstate635.

In another Henry S. Miller negotiated deal, Vonkel Real Estatehas acquired a 7,167-sf office-warehouse at 111 Hillside Dr. inLewisville. Dan Spika of Henry S. Miller has represented the sellerKrishna Singh while Larry Rose Sr. of Stewart Rose Properties hasacted on the buyer's behalf.
