Centura Foods has signed a 15-year lease with 5 yearly upward only rent reviews at £30 ($41.70) per sf per annum. The letting leaves only one building - the 21,500 sf Bravo - currently available to let at Bourne Business Park.

Earlier this year Coal Pension Properties obtained planning permission for a third phase at the park. The new phase will consist of a single building, called Delta, providing 104,000 sf with a car parking ratio of one space per 186 sf.
