Lifetouch National School Studios Inc., a photography studio, has taken 5,076 sf at the University Heights Business Park, a 68,400-sf service center located in northwest San Antonio. Based in Eden Prairie, MN, Lifetouch focuses on taking photos of school children and providing related services.
Jeff Brown of Transwestern Commercial Services' San Antonio office has represented the building owner, Transwestern Heights LP and Lisa A. Villarreal of USAA Realty Co. has acted on Lifetouch's behalf.
In another deal, Prudential Alamo Realty has taken 2,784 sf at Corporate Square Tower, a 193,148-sf office building, also located in northwest San Antonio. Elize Pruske and Krista Upham, both of Transwestern, have represented the building owner, Koll Bren Fund VI LP.
In a third new lease, EZ Packaging Graphics Inc. has signed for 1,857 sf at a service center development in San Antonio's northeast submarket. EZ Packaging is a full-service graphics, prepress and digital photography business that is headquartered in Atlanta. The operation moves from 2700 NE Loop 410 to 10700 Hillpoint, a 13,000-sf service center. It had launched its San Antonio office in 1996 and also maintains a site in the Dallas-Ft. Worth metroplex. Upham has represented EZ Graphics while Erica R. Noriega of Ernest Soble Commercial Properties Inc. has negotiated the deal for the building owner, the ALADDM Partnership.
