The building, located in the central business district, is within walking distance to two Metro stations. Once completed, the office building will include a fitness center, 24-hour security, 12,000-sf floorplates and windows on 80% of its perimeter.
CarrAmerica Urban Development, a subsidiary of CarrAmerica Realty Corporation, is acting on behalf of a third party as development manager for the project, overseeing planning, design, zoning approvals and construction. CarrAmerica Realty Corp. will handle leasing and property management.
