Kevin Ahearn, a Signature professional since 1998 and a certified real estate instructor, is the firm's new vice president of training and development. He operates from the Oviedo office.
Densmore, prominent in restaurant industry sales circles, will wear a second hat as branch sales manager at Signature's Windermere/Ocoee office. The commercial division moves to that location as well.
"I'm used to wearing a lot of hats so these moves won't slow me down at all," Densmore tells GlobeSt.com.
