Buckhead and Bass officials couldn't be reached at GlobeSt.com's publication deadline. But area brokers familiar with the North Fulton county submarket tell GlobeSt.com on condition of anonymity the value of the new lease is an estimated $3.45 million based on a $23 per-sf rent.
