Ohio Multifamily Complex Sells for $6.3 Mil

CENTERVILLE, OH-The upscale 108-unit Ashton Glen complex in this Dayton suburb is sold by a Columbus developer to a Phoenix-based property management company in a deal brokered by Birmingham, MI-based Dietz Organization.

Mark G. Rohr, senior vice president of multifamily sales, and Rick L. Vidrio, senior associate broker at the Dietz Organization represented both parties in the cash deal.

Constructed four years ago, Ashton Glen is located at 478 Maplestone Lane. The complex contains a mix of one- and two-bedroom garden-style apartments and two-bedroom townhouses. Amenities include a swimming pool, fireplaces in some units, private entrances and decks.
