The manufacturer is moving from 3407 Dalworth St. to 615 109th St., an estimated 60,000-sf building. Metro Custom Plastics is leasing 32,625 sf in the building. Metro Custom Plastics specializes in custom plastics injection molding.
Bill Vaughn, vice president of investments for Grubb & Ellis Co.'s Dallas team, and associate John Magee have brokered the deal. Ken Wood of the Ken Wood Co. in Dallas has represented the building owner.
Another Grubb & Ellis team has sealed a deal for a Taco Bell at 3321 N. Beltline Rd. in Dallas. C. Michael Pactor, Mike Friedman and Will Evans, all with Grubb & Ellis' Dallas office, have acted on behalf of the tenant, Tricon Global Restaurants. Jan Rhea of International Capital has represented the property owner, Chimbel Partners, in the 32,205-sf retail site lease.
