John Haas, senior vice president of Houston-based NAI Partners Commercial, has represented the seller, Jim Galloway of Alliance Development in the deal. Buyer Jon Davis of Hilton Hotels/Development Partners is a Dallas-based developer of Hilton Inns and Marriott Residence Inns.
The new hotel will be located in Vision Park, a 100-acre, master-planned, mixed-use park, which includes class A office buildings and apartments, medical and assisted-living facilities and high-end restaurants. Galloway and Scott Martin of Granite Properties are co-developing Vision Park. NAI Partners Commercial is the marketing agent for the park, with Dan Boyles overseeing its leasing.
