The county's industrial market continues to sizzle, as investors are eager to snatch up the limited supply of industrial properties that are available. This deal follows on the heels of a $2.8 million sale in Anaheim. The 38,900-sf industrial building stands at 1268 Lakeview Ave.
It was acquired by KC Chen and Happy Chen, who were represented by Steve Crane of Lee & Associates' Orange office. The seller, Arthur Granito, was represented by Mitch Zehner and Louis Tomaselli of Voit Commercial Brokerage's Anaheim office.
