The developers ar enow planning to collaborate with the University of Leeds in the development of a knowledge campus. The Knowledge Economy Campus will offer companies high quality business space and an advanced communications infrastructure with the benefit of access to the University's knowledge transfer activities, research base, executive training programmes and graduates. It will provide space for knowledge-based growth businesses such as internet service providers, software houses, digital content and creative media providers.
