The 78,246-sf four-story building, called Prosperity III, is slated for delivery later this year, and will be located at 8505 Arlington Blvd. It will feature two hospital-sized elevators and barrier-free access to a parking garage. It's the final building that will be included in the office center, the first medical office park to be built near Inova Fairfax Hospital in more than 10 years. The architectural firm of Hickock Warner Fox designed the building.
