Construction of the second phase is already underway and completion is expected by Autumn 2001. This will comprise a further four buildings offering around 450,000 sf and will be followed by a third and final phase of four buildings and 600,000 sf.
Chiswick Park has been designed by the Richard Rogers Partnership and developed by Stanhope on behalf of the Chiswick Park Unit Trust, which is advised by both Schroders and RREEF.
Jones Lang LaSalle and FPD Savills are joint letting agents for the scheme.
