Pacific is a full service provider of healthcare communications, which specializes in marketing development, medical communications, branding, advertising and promotion.
Chip Wright, Gregg Haly and Omar Dauod of CB Richard Ellis' Newport Beach office represented Pacific Communications in lease negotiations. McCarthy Cook was represented in-house.
The renewal follows on the heels of three office lease transactions in Orange. As reported yesterday in GlobeSt.com, at the Orange Financial office building medical insurance company Word & Brown signed a five-year, 54,717-sf expansion lease valued at $6.45 million, and Medical Specialties Managers, a health insurance company, signed a $1.05-million, 9531-sf renewal lease. At the Orangewood Office Center, St. Joseph Professional Services Enterprises signed a three-year, $1.4-million lease for 22,932-sf.
