The marketing assignment has gone to Mike Markey, Jon Tesser and Adam Citron of the Somerset, NJ office of Colliers Houston. According to Markey, "this is one of the only true large blocks of distribution space available with immediate proximity to the air rail and sea ports of Newark and Elizabeth."

"With immediate highway and rail access, this distribution center is an excellent opportunity for big box users," Citron adds. The asset is adjacent to Raritan Center's UPS and FedEx hubs. Among the total square footage, about 18,000 sf is built out as offices.
