Keeton Construction finished the Chaparrel Medical-Dental Plaza, located in the Winchester Meadows Shopping Center, 40285 Winchester Road. The project was developed by Medical Real Estate Development Co., headed by President Edward Anderson.
The project was built on behalf of property owners David E. Smith, Douglas J. Wise, Carl V. Greek and Krishna Vasant — all dentists or doctors who will be occupying the buildings. The project represents anew trend in southern Riverside County, which allows medical professionals to purchase, rather than lease, office space for their practices.
Bruce Keeton is the principal in charge for San Diego-based Keeton Construction.
