Holt will be tasked with overseeing the restructuring of corporate, financial, investment sales, corporate marketing, communications and educational and municipal services.
Chairman and CEO Roger Staubach, in a prepared statement, says the initiative is being undertaken to meet corporate clients' needs.
Cotter will stay on a president of Staubach's global services division. As part of the realignment, she will also oversee Staubach's portfolio services division, which includes real estate administration, account management and project management, national sales, management services and the joint venture, DTZ Staubach Tie Leung. Cotter, who joined the firm in 1979, previously had been Staubach's executive vice president and has been a member of the executive committee and board of directors since its inception.
Holt Ragusa has been president of the Southwest corporate services region since 1994. She has helped the regional division rise to the lead position for Staubach, growing revenues by 500% in the past seven years. She also has served as COO for the western US, assisting with recruitment efforts for the Seattle and Chicago offices. She too has been a member of the executive committee.
